The majority of voters either lack the time or are unable to comprehend the density and length of 800-1000 page bills filled with legalese. which, in my opinion, really sparks a discussion about practical accessibility and participation If we want laws to be passed with legitimacy, either the legal system needs to be more restrained or we need to give public school students a much better legal education.
