Describe the challenge you want to address:: Unpredictable/no access to cooking ranges/appliances due to homelessness/no utility access; limited food access; people who may have ingredients but no place to cook them; reduce food waste
What is the solution to the challenge?: A collaboration with local pantries & soup kitchens to use their kitchen resources to host food nutritional information workshops & cooking classes where people can get together & use their ingredients to make fresh wholesome meals Opportunity to learn food nutrients & cooking practices Collaboration & socialization through recipes
