- mental health services has a gap for ages 0-10 then the next gap is 21-60 years old. social workers to accompany police when attending to people with mental health disturbances.

- set up satellite mental health clinics in schools or even a mobile van that can rotate between neighborhoods. workshops to teach families community organizations and public servants on best practices. when dealing w/ mental health disturbances.
