- We are living in a rapidly changing landscape, politically, economically and socially, and the impact of the of this, especially in the aftermath of the recent election has future exacerbated the anxiety, stress, and burn out, felt by BIPOC. This is also expected to have a real consequences for immigrants.
- What is the solution to the challenge?
- Recommend the development of a series of empowerment sessions for BIPOC and immigrants. Create information portal and resource exchange that residents can access to address the underlying issues, causing stress and burn out. the portal would share opportunities on going community building, stress reduction, self-care, housing and employment assistance.
