- When I take the train I see a lot of black men sleeping on the trains. Mentally ill black men. I see men who are suppose to be in halfway houses, walking around in the subways sleeping on trains, sleeping on the streets. Drug abuse etc. Mentally insane. They need therapy intake centers to help them.
- What is the solution to the challenge?
- To create a program that can help reduce homelessness and people specifically in halfway houses, sleeping on the trains. People with mental health illnesses clean them up.
