This would include specific information for each sized building (1 family, 2 family, 3 family, and up, etc.) on topics of leasing requirements (paperwork fees, etc.), safety requirements (Fire dept code, BIS/DOB codes, etc.), due dates of required actions (HPD registration, lead/gas inspections, gas detector installation, sanitation requirements, etc.). All information a landlord needs to know in one website.
