    By connecting the berms, specifically the islands of greenery dotting the area between Bailey Fountain and Prospect Park, the community can safely be connected to the the bucolic sanctuary of Prospect Park. Or at least sync the traffic lights between Eastern Parkway and Flatbush Ave so you can enter Prospect Park safely and easily.
