I've seen no enforcement of basic rules, but think this also exposes a broader issue of bikers feeling unsafe using this narrow stretch on 5th avenue that is somehow supposed to accommodate two way traffic, parking, and bikes. </div></dd><dt name=\"textarea-1727191235485-0\">What is the solution to the challenge?</dt><dd id=\"textarea-1727191235485-0\" name=\"textarea\"><div>We need some common sense urban design. Either make the road one way, with parking and a separate bike lane or two way with no parking and a separate bike lane.
