Why is it relevant for the community? </strong></p><p>Its importance relies on the fact of people are dying and ending up on the news and their families are putting themselves into debt trying to bring justice for themselves and others but the system also protects the people that caused the issue in the first place.</p><p><strong>What idea do you have to address the problem?</strong></p><p>There should be a public system where complaints could be taken seriously and be investigated in the process to figure out the truth. This could be seen by the public and that system could be later developed into something more advanced and then we might see a difference.
