It is relevant for the Bed-Stuy community to expose students of color to sports where historically they have been under-represented.</p><p><strong>What idea do you have to address the problem?</strong></p><p>I would like to add tennis and fencing as a free afterschool program in District 16 schools.</p><p><strong>Who would that help?</strong></p><p>Having tennis and fencing available as a free afterschool program would help students gain exposure and build skills in the sports.
