    I would like for there be less violence and less police brutality

    Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

    With better cops and better relations there would be less brutality in the community.

    What idea do you have to address the problem?

    We would better trin police in how to engage with youth by collaborating with schools. We could have a forum with police and youth to talk about issues and how best to resolve the tension between them.

    Who would that help?

    Youth and the police force who would understand each other better. Ultimately the community would be safer.
