Why is it relevant for the community? </strong></p><p>This is important because getting tuition coverage should not only apply to students that come from a low-income family.</p><p><strong>What idea do you have to address the problem?</strong></p><p>I think that Excelsior, TAP, and HESC should not have a maximum income for students that would like to apply for the scholarship.
