    The lack of resources for teens and young adults about the college process and finding jobs or internships, and how to apply for financial aid and/or scholarships.

    Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

    Many students have to go through this process alone and can't even rely on their family for help. In a neighborhood filled with first generation kids, many don't know how to create resumes or how to get into college coming from a low-income family.

    What idea do you have to address the problem?

    Providing mentors who could guide teens and young adults for access to college, internships and jobs.
