    We need better job development and training for people who otherwise are not able to get higher education, like college.

    Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

    To build stronger self-sufficient citizens. it is important to strengthen values, morals, work ethics, and empower talent/skills.

    What idea do you have to address the problem?

    Resources/activity center with bulletins on available jobs in the community. A spokesperson or job specialist who can do the research on jobs and can prepare people for interviews and with resume building. Even information on vocational schools.

    The government, the community, the youth and the world.
