Some are graduating college, but can't find jobs in their fields. The HS's are not giving them skills for the real world. College isn't for everyone, yet education is the key.</p><p><strong>Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community? </strong></p><p>Education will help people get jobs, but if they don't have skills and opportunity for upward mobility, our community remains depressed.</p><p><strong>What idea do you have to address the problem?</strong></p><p>Work on mindsets. Instead of indoctrinating them to buy Nike sneakers, teach them to buy Nike Stock.
