[your answer here]Students, families, schools, and all stakeholders through targeted , thoughtful and intentional mental healthcare and management services, the city will manufacture accommodating sites of learning (eg schools) and work that allow individuals to realize their fullest humanity and capacities; in turn, enriching the society by allowing them to share their talents with various constituencies.
