Why is it relevant for the community? </strong></p><p>Hip Hop is the most dominant artistic culture in our society, particularly in the South Bronx community. It crosses all other cultural boundaries and creates a bridge between multiple cultures and communities. We need to wield that power constructively.</p><p><strong>What idea do you have to address the problem?</strong></p><p>Create a HIp Hop Education program for the youth that teaches the power of the art form and the importance of utilizing it in a way that is beneficial.
