For the Seniors, it is important to have socialization and to share the accumulated wisdom of their years</p><p><strong>What idea do you have to address the problem?</strong></p><p>Start a program wherein youth are directed to senior centers on Staten Island to have seminar-style learning interactions from the seniors, to hear stories of what work was like for them and to learn what healthy professionalism looks like.
