Why is it relevant for the community? </strong></p><p>Dog droppings are unhealthy for the community, unsightly, causes diseases, etc. NYCHA Ravenswood has a large dog population and many dogs go to the bathroom on the greenspaces and owners don't clean up.</p><p><strong>What idea do you have to address the problem?</strong></p><p>Educate dog owners about cleaning up, put out information in newsletters, work with a group to engage owners about dog care and benefits of picking up after the animals, and provide bags to help owners cleanup.</p><p><strong>Who would that help?</strong></p><p>NYCHA workers who have to clean up and will feel better about the grounds.
