Instructions to Submit Deliverables

Thank you for supporting local information-sharing, organizing, and resource coordination while providing real-time feedback loops to the City to ensure a strong response and recovery. Please follow these steps to submit your deliverables as soon as possible.

Phase I, Part I & II of the initiative:

1. Community Demographics (Table 1)
2. Stakeholder Map (Table 2)
3. Communications and Outreach Plan (Table 3)
4. Table 4 (Reporting Back on RCV and Vaccine Education Outreach)*
5. Government Representation (Table 5)
6. Community Resources (Table 6)

*Please note that TNCs are expected to submit reporting on their outreach activities every month.

Phase II, Part II of the Initiative:

TRIE Neighborhood Coalitions are also expected to

• Attend monthly meetings with the NYC Civic Engagement Commission & the Taskforce for Racial Inclusion and Equity. If you are unable to attend, you may watch the recordings of the orientations here. You will need a password to access the videos, so please reach out to your BPC Borough Manager or the CEC at participate@civicengagement.nyc.gov
• Conduct monthly meetings with the TNC's Coalition Members
