The Washington Heights and Inwood Youth’s Creative Arts program aims to increase youth and family involvement and empowerment. The program creates a culturally inclusive environment to encourage the development of social and emotional intelligence to build healthy relationships. Youth and families will work with artists to strengthen community engagement in arts expression and create new ideas for self-efficacy, motivation, and perseverance.
