The youth career development and exploration program will embrace a collective partnership between Black Health and Columbia University's Political Union Initiative, REACHOUT. Youth will participate in workshops where they will be actively involved in local political campaigns and adapt social, emotional, mental, and physical skills to achieve academic and professional goals.
