People's Festival - Brooklyn
Join The People’s Bus, The Ice Cream Truck of Rights, local artists, community-based organizations, and neighborhood leaders at The People’s Festival: a celebration from August 20th to September 5th hosted by the New York City Civic Engagement Commission!
The People's Festival is intergenerational, community-led initiative that will celebrate New Yorkers’ resilience through live performances, storytelling, interactive workshops, and distribution of community information and resources.

The People’s Bus is an international social movement. The bus is a community-based organization that organizes people into groups and uses their shared experiences to build a better world.
The Ice Cream Truck of Rights is a local art project that brings together artists, writers, musicians and activists to create artworks about what it means to be human in the 21st century. It aims at bringing awareness about human rights issues in the world today and promoting them through artworks.
