Project Description: On November 4 2017 my son Clayton was murdered as he was coming home linden houses from the park after a game of basketball. He was known to his friends a prowess and to many adults as a great kid if his death was to be redeemed my grief had to move to ACTION. The creation of the clayton Hemingway Jr. youth services the purpose of our organization is to simply but profoundly change the experience of Black youth from being acted upon or to being in control of their own destiny. To that we proposed to create a program to be called “from the streets to the suites project. We will identify and commit up to 10 youth people ages 9 to 16 and provide the following services:

• After school tutoring
• Excursions within the city to explore visual arts, dance and movements
• Media production youth invited to engage in zoom meetings peer fellowship and leadership and workshops to initiate the project at hand for learning team work and responsibility through sports.
