Project Description: 

Queens Youth Voices is an online interactive workshop series that combines civic engagement and advocacy with career planning. We aim to give youth a platform to develop their voices and learn about potential job pathways. Through Queens Youth Voices, participants will be heard on what issues are important to them, learn advocacy skills, create an impactful project, gain career exposure, and earn a stipend.

Our project is designed to respond to your interests and amplify your voice, encourage personal growth, and help you think about what your career path might look like. Sunnyside Community Services envisions diverse, inclusive, and caring communities where all people thrive and reach their fullest potential. Youth programs and advocacy are critical pieces towards achieving that vision.
