Project Description: “It’s Me For Me” aims to help youth achieve growth and success through reflection, connection, and impact-driven conversations to become a better manager of their lives. This youth-centered approach is all about building on their strengths; and developing social and emotional skills through hands-on, experiential and most importantly FUN learning activities. We love working with the youth and know that this work is valuable and needed.
Youth will gain the knowledge, confidence and clarity to become self-advocates in areas surrounding mental health, stress management, self-care, employability and personal branding. Become the expert of your life and learn how to prioritize yourself; it's "ME" for "ME"!
