Youth Engagement - Please explain how you will engage youth in the planning and implementation of the project.
The youth will be at the forefront of the program. Our youth leadership board will create the application for each youth and will help lead career exploration, training with an adult trainer, and will connect with our local elected officials to help understand the political process and create forums of their own.

Timeline- Please describe the timeline for the implementation and completion of the project. All work for this project must be completed by June 30, 2021, which is the end of the city’s fiscal year and the deadline for the funds to be spent.
March 1 - 30, 2021: Create application and accept students
Apri 1 - April 30, 2021: Paid political program will take place
May 1 - May 31, 2021: Paid career training program will take place
June 1 - June 30, 2021: Multiple candidate forum's design by the youth will be taking place

Our program is designed with the youth at the top. We give and help youth find their voice on issues that matters to them. We will provide organizing and advocacy training while make civic education fun and engaging where they will feel empower to create change in 2021 and in the future.

Right now, I can't say what issues we will be tackling because I haven't asked the youth yet. I can't decide what issues they want, but I'm sure they will be empower to tackle the issues they feel at home with.
