#itsourmoney Youth led direct democracy
Protecting the Black Community
A few topics we will touch up on is peer pressure with drugs/alcohol, gang violence and police brutality. We could give students some questions to use when they feel they’re in situations like this to really evaluate and see if what they’re doing is wrong or not. We could show them the effects of making wrong decisions, do peer pressure scenes such as students having roles and acting it out
- anger management activities
-give violence prevention tips
- make sure students know all their rights
Overall I'd like students to do activities related to all the topics listed to make them safe and help them make the right choices in life.
