I’m apart of an amazing non profit organization called Big Apple Leadership of The Arts (BALAA). They’re the parent org for The Empire Marching Elite, which is an HBCU style marching band that’s been taking NY over by storm! That’s one of many programs we offer. Everything we provide is free but at times it’s a bit hard because we don’t charge.

It’s incredible to hear about the amazing work BALAA is doing! The Empire Marching Elite sounds like a game-changer, and it’s so inspiring that they’re bringing HBCU-style energy to New York. The fact that everything is offered for free is such a generous commitment, even though it comes with its challenges. Keep doing the great work!
