    What is the solution to the challenge?
    Select small Store fronts in areas near major train stations (14th street, 34th, etc.) \nOpen NYC information centers. \nOffice hours from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.\nTrain and hire up to 100 people (preferably from 311)\nPeople can expect a walk up service where they can pick up a booklet of resource numbers and emails or click on the QR code on the window to be directed to the same directory online.\nPeople can ask for immediate services such as free nearby restrooms, emergency shelter, food services, child care, free emergency medical resources, and transportation, etc.\nThis walk-up area would be guarded by a national guard member and occasionally patrolled by police and auxiliary police.
