I learned that only 1% of the budget is allocated to art and culture, while the majority goes to education. From my perspective, art and creativity are essential aspects of education; they inspire passion and embrace for life, help reduce mental illness and hatred, and enhance self-fulfillment, as described in Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. Through the project \"Dance with Artificial Intelligence: Envisioning a Collaborative Future in Our Community,\" I hope to help people of all ages—from youth to adults to seniors—overcome fears about technology and tap into their creativity. By using technology as a tool for self-expression, they can find new ways to connect, create, and contribute to the community.\n\n【Project Vision】\nWhen I think of \"community,\" I see it as an inclusive space encompassing all human beings—each unique in their contributions, concerns, and aspirations. In this modern era, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is like a new neighborhood we’re learning to navigate, and we must embrace this technology as a collaborative force. The rapid integration of AI into our lives is inevitable, and while some may fear its impact on employment or creativity, our initiative challenges these anxieties by transforming AI from a perceived threat into a shared creative partner.\n\n【Project Concept】\n\"Dance with Artificial Intelligence\" is a vision and practice my friend and I have been developing over the last two years, evolving alongside AI advancements. Through our work, we aim to explore the boundless potential that lies in a human-AI partnership—one that could reshape the way we live, create, and experience our city. This project invites New Yorkers from all walks of life to engage in this exploration, encouraging people to imagine, create, and breathe new life into urban spaces by collaborating with AI.</div></dd><dt name=\"textarea-1727191235485-0\">What is the solution to the challenge?</dt><dd id=\"textarea-1727191235485-0\" name=\"textarea\"><div>【Objectives】\n1.Fostering Inclusion and Understanding: This project aims to reduce the divide between people and technology. These pieces would serve as dynamic, visually engaging representations of our city, merging human expression and AI computation in public spaces.
