- We can work to address all of the following challenges we currently see in our community, these are a few but not limited to: Insufficient exposure to tech careers, social isolation, digital divide, limited access to educational opportunities, unemployment and economic empowerment.

- Idea and Approach: Tech Literacy Workshops for Underserved Communities 1. Bridging the Digital Divide: Idea: Provide hands-on training in basic computer skills, internet navigation, and software applications. Approach: Conduct a series of workshops with step-by-step modules, ensuring participants gain practical knowledge and confidence in using digital tools. 2. Enhancing Educational Opportunities: Idea: Create accessible and informal learning environments. Approach: Establish technology access points in community centers, libraries, or other easily accessible locations, fostering a comfortable and supportive space for learning. 3. Empowering Economic Opportunities: Idea: Introduce participants to potential career paths in the tech industry. Approach: Collaborate with local tech professionals to lead specialized sessions, offering insights into various tech careers and the skills required for success. 4. Tech-Related Awareness: Idea: Implement an awareness campaign to educate the community. Approach: Design and distribute marketing materials such as flyers and digital content to promote the workshops, emphasizing the tangible benefits of tech literacy. 5.
