- lack of screening from SIRTOA railroad track areas

- hedges/trees/shrubs should be planted along railroad tracks in Tottenville, SI does not have an underground railroad, all of it is elevated and much of it on grade in Tottenville where property owners are forced to look at/listen to the 15 minute train schedule with NO screening, the fencing should be planted/hidden with vegetation
