Describe the challenge you want to address:: no government assistance; no financial literacy; unfavorable credit history; middle classed income; non non broker related resources; no discriminatory guidelines; neighborhoods on the north shore of SI are being affected by major rent hikes. this makes housing unaffordable for residents.
Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:: an organization developed to help people find affordable housing without having to use brokers or pay brokers fees.
