    The reason I suggest more classes in art and music is as a group we feel most senior centers focus on exercise classes, which although important, exclude those of us with mobility issues

    We would like classes that promote self esteem, happiness, physical fitness but most importantly classes that help seniors feel better about themselves. We thought of classes in music, arts, and crafts and creative writing. We think when seniors get together singing or storytelling or performing in skits we develop stronger friendships. Most seniors feel isolated and lonely. These groups will alleviate that problem
