- The government should allocate resources to support community centers in starting programs and services dedicated to assisting senior citizens. These programs and services should provide information about public housing projects in the seniors' local languages, making it easier for them to apply. Many senior residents face challenges due to lack of information due to limited English proficiency . To address this, trained staff members of the center can not only inform seniors but also assist them in filling out housing project applications and applying on their behalf, ensuring that they can access suitable housing opportunities.
