Describe the challenge you want to address:: There are many areas where sanitation is poor. There is garbage and graffiti and it makes the city feel unsafe when people show that they don't care about their community. People need to vote and voice their ideas on how to run the city
Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:: There should be public service announcements to prevent pollution and defacing property. A small budget could be given out to local residents to keep areas clean, workshops and classes could be held in public schools about the importance of civic engagement and voting
