Why is it relevant for the community? </strong></p><p>This affects all of us every day, all day. It is dangerous and makes every stroll, bike ride, or car trip unpleasant and unsafe. Daily I am almost run down by one of these \"bikes.\"</p><p><strong>What idea do you have to address the problem?</strong></p><p>Use funds for a task force just focused on getting these vehicles off the streets and get them licensed.
