“Young Musicians In Training” is a leadership development program for young musicians seeking career opportunities as music scholars, music teachers, engineers and professional musicians. Youth will directly benefit from this by gaining actual hands-on work study experiences in leadership positions, developing their skills guided by adult professional music mentors.With the rise and focus on re-energizing the musical arts, there is a shortage of music teachers and community free music programs addressing this need. We are filling that gap!
COVID-19 has changed everything! The Quest staff has been here for our students and will continue to be here to help them make the necessary adjustments to stay productive, have compassion and strive to be decent human beings.
What Youth are saying about the organization: We are their extended family, where love, guidance, education and mentoring supports their dreams and aspirations.

QYO is an outstanding program. The young people who participated in this program in the past have gained more than just musical skills. They gained confidence, enhanced decision making skills, hope, communication skills and accountability.
I advocate for QYO as a prevalent and rewarding youth program, due to the leadership that's running the program. I am confident that all youth involved in QYO will be success, not only in music, but in their livelihood as well.
As a QYO Alumni I can attest to the great curriculum and training of this organization. Live performances and practice aid youth in developing crucial skills such as teamwork, leadership, individuality, and confidence.

This organization is full of great children who help the city and the neighborhood , and the world by performing places and by taking their time to teach people how to read, write, and produce music on almost any instrument provided for free. They definitely deserve this. I feel they will continue to do even more good with it,
I have loved this organization for 10+ years now and they continue to fill my heart with joy. Please help them win this you will not disappoint because they never disappoint and they wont start now.
I advocate for Quest Youth Organization because I believe they are grabbing the hearts of the youth the easiest and most effective way and that's through MUSIC & ART. These people, These kids they are literally bringing back the culture and they are reminding the people of what the African culture is really about.
I am really hoping and praying that they can win this and just get that boost they need to really make an even bigger change then they have been doing already. This and even just the experience will be great.

Quest Youth Organization does outstanding work! They are truly committed to their mission and even provide virtual lessons during this pandemic. Quest Youth is really here for our kids!
