- Established desperately needed\n1] 'Clean City Streets' initiative utilize workers from petty crime offenders, this new program idea suggested below, and other circumstances.\n\n2] 'Mandated Work 'Certification Center(s) program'\n\nSuggested allotted training time frame 6 to 12 weeks or 3 to 6 months\n\n whichever is cost effective and provides sufficient training time to acquire a ged, learn to speak 1st language English, vocational, computer, etc. hands on job training.\n\nEach applicant must be vetted by the police dpt prior to pursuing certification center(s) program to ensure not on a wanted list associated with crime or committed punishable offenses: any other form of unlawful activities.\n\nCertification program attendees must be enroll or collaborate with the unemployment workforce centers to be tracked as well as monitored on record in the system via their ss, assigned work permit, along with drivers/non drivers licenses number(s).\n\n(Make alert options available to track and or monitor anyone that commits DUI and or other criminal offenses)\n\nEligible graduate seeking any job including holding construction street sign, street sweepers for desperately needed suggested 'Clean City Streets' initiative.\n\nUpon completion 'mandated certification program' perhaps supply up to 6 month 'temporary aide' allowing time to be situated as a productive independent NYC/NYS resident.\n\n(There should be no recertification for this tmp aide unless approved extenuating circumstances. )\n\n\nMANDATED Attendees should include unemployed youth who are high school graduate and or drop out or never attended; all ages adults; any unemployed individual including drugs or alcohol users abusers \n(after rehab -- methadone is not the answer or cure );\n\nUnskilled migrants sent from outer state accepted or rescued; individuals recertifying for benefits that's 'able' but never worked, including those without documented disabled or impaired child, children; others that cannot provide 5 to 10 yrs verified nyc/nys income tax returns seeking any nyc/nys hra assistance.
