Describe the challenge you want to address:: Lack of accessible group exercise activities Lack of low- or no-cost group exercise activities Lack of motivation to exercise
Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:: Create exercise groups for those with disabilities that meet in public spaces to exercise and play casual sports. Group can be led by a person with a disability, and all activities will have accessible forms so everyone can participate. Large groups will reduce embarrassment and increase motivation.
