Describe the challenge you want to address:: The challenges that our community is facing is the lack of education and awareness about mental health. Our communities needs awareness so we can teach the kids and youth to help address the generational trauma.
Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:: The class can be carried out with classes and workshops. Classes can help benefit as it would give the parents and low income family resources on places they can reach out to for help. This can also benefit parents as it would teach them parenting skills to understand their children more.
