    Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

    The community needs to feel safe and secure at their workplace. They also need to know their rights as workers are being respected without any type of discrimination.

    To have the participation of officials designated to address these situations more frequently in the workplaces, especially in construction sites.
