    What problem would you like to solve?

    The problem I would like to solve is youth services. We need to keep the youth busy so that they are our of jail.

    Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

    This is important because youth need to get education on what is important to get a job and be successful in their career in the future. If the youth has the proper education on how and why it is important to be successful then they will have a better chance at a successful future. This is relevant to the community as many times youth have said that they feel that their paths are already chosen for them.

    What idea do you have to address the problem?

    The idea that I have to address the problem is to create a professionalism program. This allows the youth to get a better sense of why and how to be successful in their near future. Also this program can allow the youth to potentially travel and see a world outside of their community to motivate them to want to achieve their goal of succession.
